#1 (May 1992)  the comic book was made one of the top 200.

Also became one of the top 50 comic of all time in empire magazine's and one of the top 50 greatest comic book characters and 36th on IGN 2011.

Best known for his work in comic book such as the fantasy series spawn.

McFarlane became a superstar comic illustrater due to this work on marvel studios comicbook hero spider-man
