skull and bone scene shots

i started buy drawing out a design with the pen tool

after drawing out the design i started to add some colour in to the bone i used a yellow and a light  cream  and then i used a dark yellow for the tone after colouring the bone and adding the tone i added dots into the back ground

i really liked adding the dots into the background so i added more but i used a let green and i think the green really works well with the black

after adding the green dots in to the background there didn't really stand out so i used the box tool and added a gray box into the background to mack the green dots stand out

then i put a box around the outside of the image to make the image standout from the background i used the pen tool to make the box around the outside

then i started to add colour in to the skull i used the same green in the eyes  as the dots in the background and also i put it in the teeth of the skull as well

after adding colour to the eyes and teeth i wint on to add colour and tone in to the skull i use three types of gray dark to light to show tone in some parts of the skull

after adding all the tone in the skull i made a new layer and went over it with the same yellow i used on the bone and the added some dark cream for tone

after adding tone in to some of  the leave i started to add colour into the skull i used a light cream and i used a dark cream for the tone

after adding some colour and tone to the skull i with back to adding the colour into the leave i use the buch tool to add the bais colour and the used a darker green to make a tone with in the leaves

after the leaves i went on to doing the roses i used  light red and yellow for a bais colour

then i used a darker red for the tone i lowed the opacity and then used the buch tool and went round some parts of the roses to show tone and i aslo uses the same style on the other rose

after adding all the tone in to the skull i made a new layer and coloured over the top of the skull and then lowed the opacity to let the tone show thought

after colouring the skull and roses i when on to do a background colour to make the imager stand out i used the box tool to make a box around the image and the placed it in to the background of the image then u used the paint bucket to fill it with a colour i used a light blue then i used the pen tool to go around it with a darker blue

bird man scene shots

like the deer i used the same techniques i started with a drawing then went round the image with the pen and buch tool

after laying out the image i started with colour i put a bais colour down in the leaves and the teeth

then started adding tones with in the skull and leaves and more colour with the face of the skull

the i made a new layer and added a dark gray over the tone of the skull and rubbed out the colour i didn't need

then i started to add color in to the hair and head i use i dark brown as a bais colour and the over  layered a tone to mak it look like it is shiny. and the added  light and darker browns over the tops
after adding colour in to the hair i started to add colour in to the face i use a really light blue and the i  used the same colour but made it darker to add tone in to the face

skills needed:

Illustrators combine art, design and creative skills to develop ideas and produce original visual images for a wide range of products.

Most illustrators specialise in a particular style. There are various different stages in their work, including:

discussing client needs and identifying a target audience for the work
agreeing the brief and contract with the client
developing visual ideas that suit the brief
seeking client approval for ideas with rough visuals - this stage may involve going back to the drawing board several times to rework sketches
using drawing, sketching, painting and photographic skills to produce illustrations.

tips and skills
Employers are often looking for skills that go beyond qualifications and experience.
While your education and experience may make you eligible to apply for a job, to be successful at the job you will need to exhibit a mix of skills ‘employability skills’.  This means that the specialist, technical skills associated with different roles may be less important than the 'soft skills' that can be transferred between different jobs and different employment sectors.
For employers, getting the right people means identifying people with the right skills and qualities to fulfil the role and contribute to the organisation's success.  Candidates may have the qualifications and hard skills needed to be able to manage the job role but without a well-honed set of 'soft skills' employers are less inclined to hire.limcourse and night classes

artist research

Another artist I have looked at was Joe Ellies. He is a tattoo and printing artist his work is more medier biased then some of the other artist I have looked at.I really like the use of colour and Ink I really like how he used a bold line around the image to make it stand out look at Joes work and this really inspired me to use ink with my work as well as my Photoshop work.
