Landscapes for book iron giant

for one on the scenes out of  the book the iron giant is at the end of a cliff and on a beach so I started drawing trees and cliffs to Get a feel for the scene I will be remarking I looked in to alot of processes to help with design n 

 

For the beach scene I when down to hartlepool beach front to help with my drawings  I went used the processes of the reportage Like drawing with blue pen and black maker and  alot of 30. Second to 5 minutes
To show some movement and to see how it would look 

And this is the out comes from the beach so I started to add the images together to make the scene come together.
